To expedite handling of your claim, please include the following: the insured name and DBA ("Doing Business As"); the policy number; the claimant's name, address, and telephone number; the date, time, and exact location of the loss; a specific description of the injury, loss, or damage; and the name, address, and telephone number for any witnesses. Additional documents or information may also be requested.

Once your claim is received, it is assigned to one of our adjusters, who will review the details and follow up with you. Providing complete and accurate information up front helps us move quickly.
